tkbaee Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement governing the use of the tkbaee platform and all its services. By accessing the tkbaee website, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the tkbaee platform. These Terms have been drawn up under the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

1.1 Definitions

The following words used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" means the tkbaee website, applications and all related digital services.
• "User" or "You" means any person registered on or using the platform.
• "Account" means the user's personal gaming profile registered on the tkbaee platform.
• "Funds" means Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) deposited into or earned within the user's account.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

Creating a personal account is required to play games and use services on the tkbaee platform. Only one account per person is permitted.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide true, complete and current personal information.
• A valid mobile number and email address must be provided.
• Keeping your account password completely confidential is solely your responsibility.
• The same person may not create more than one account.
• Creating or managing an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification

tkbaee reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. If requested KYC documents are not provided in a timely manner, the account may be temporarily suspended or withdrawals may be blocked. Required documents may include a national identity card, passport or other government-approved identification.

To use the tkbaee platform you must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. If you provide false information about your age at the time of registration, your account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

tkbaee may request relevant documents for age verification at any time. We reserve the right to permanently close an account if age cannot be confirmed.

Transactions on the tkbaee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
• Please provide accurate transaction details when depositing — tkbaee will not be responsible for any delays caused by incorrect information.
• Deposited funds must be used solely for gaming purposes on the tkbaee platform.
• All transactions must be made from the user's own payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will always be made to the user's registered payment method.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is incomplete.

4.3 Transaction Verification

tkbaee reserves the right to verify any transaction in the interest of fraud prevention and security. Additional information or documents may be requested for suspicious transactions. Transactions suspected of being connected to money laundering or illegal activities may be held or cancelled.

tkbaee offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tkbaee offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposited → bonus ৳1,200 → total ৳2,200
• ৳14,000 or more deposited → maximum bonus ৳8,000 → total ৳22,000

This bonus applies only to each new account on its first registration. An account is eligible for this bonus only once.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means you must wager a total of 10 times the bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they remain as gaming credit until the wagering conditions are met.
• tkbaee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a breach of bonus conditions is suspected, tkbaee may cancel the bonus and forfeit any related winnings.
• Each bonus is valid for a maximum of 30 days — if the wagering conditions are not met within this period, the bonus will expire.

The tkbaee platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino, fishing games and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which will be displayed on the relevant game page.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or loss of internet connection, the data saved on the game server will be considered final.
• If there is a discrepancy between the displayed game result and the server record, the server record will prevail.
• Group or coordinated betting activity is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet amount, which is displayed in the game interface. tkbaee reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkbaee platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Any attempt at fraud, deception or gaining unfair advantage.

• Using software, bots, automated systems or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or gain unauthorised access to the system.
• Stealing another user's information or gaining unauthorised access to their account.

• Rude or threatening behaviour toward platform staff.
• Disclosing other users' personal information or harassing them.

tkbaee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms.
• If false or misleading information is provided.
• If fraud or gaining an unfair advantage is suspected.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period.

Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time. All valid funds will be returned to the user's registered payment method before the account is closed, unless an investigation is ongoing.
